Can you believe it’s September already?
It’s been just about 6 months since we kicked off this community. In that time we’ve written a few blog posts, shared some resources, and held 4 webinars.
And sure, it’s only been 6 months, and many of you are only just starting to get to know us and each other. But as evaluators, it’s never too early for reflection, right?
What seems to be working well…
Webinars. Like I mentioned, we’ve had 4 thus far. And of the four, 3 were recorded.
This community shows up for webinars and participates. And when we get together, digitally, it feels like a community.
Community Led Webinars. Not only do webinars seem to be bringing the community together, but when those webinars are led by members of the community, it’s even better.
To be determined…
Any form of asynchronous discussion. Whether that’s comments on blog posts, community member introductions, or community member contributed blog posts, we’ve only seen a little.
Who knows, maybe that will change, and maybe I’m just not seeing the full value. So we’ll just keep this as “to be determined” for the moment.
How you can help us.
We put together a super short single page 5 minute survey. If you are reading this, you must be at least somewhat interested in where we are headed.
Can you take a few minutes and give us feedback?
Something New.

So we’ve decided to put all of our recorded webinars up on a YouTube playlist. You can watch any of the three now on our Webinars page.
And as for all future webinars, we’re going to hold them in the same place. Meaning you can just keep this link handy and we’ll only make you technically register once > https://www.crowdcast.io/e/od2aevaluation.
The link will only feature the next up, but all upcoming webinars will still be listed on our Webinars page. For instance, right now we have two webinars.
Our next one on Monday September 21 and an additional scheduled for Friday, October 23.

Join us on Monday for an Epi/Evaluator Roundtable Discussion.
- Are you an epidemiologist and an evaluator working on OD2A?
- Are you an OD2A evaluator interested in epidemiology?
- Are you an OD2A epidemiologist interested in evaluation?
- Do you just like attending our webinars?
- Do you just enjoy listening to super smart OD2A professionals?
If you answered yes to any of the above, we have our next webinar on Monday, September 21st. Hope we can see you there!
